Dual Arenas Calgary Centennial Arenas consists of two first class arenas. The Blue Arena is an Olympic size surface (100' x 200') with seating for 500 spectators. The Gold Arena is a Regulation size surface (85' x 185') with seating for 200 spectators. Environmentally Friendly Calgary Centennial Arenas is dedicated to providing an environmentally friendly facility. We have the only electrically driven Olympia Ice Resurfacer in Western Canada. Electricity reaches the Olympia through a retractable umbilical cord. Using an electric Olympia to resurface the ice is not only cost efficient, it eliminates carbon monoxide fumes and noxious emissions, creating a clean breathing environment. The air management system called Csoft ensures that further savings are realized through fewer air changes. Top Shelf Restaurant & Lounge Overlooking both ice surfaces, the Top Shelf Restaruant and Lounge is open to the public and offers Full Meal Service, Daily Specials and Happy Hour Nightly. Come and enjoy our smoke free environment! Meeting Room Adjacent to the restaurant is the meeting room. This bright, open room holds 30-50 people, depending on the set up style. The meeting room can be booked for parties or functions.
